Colour breathing – Maggie Soother 7

Here’s another “Maggie Soother” for adults and children to use as they adjust to life in isolation. Parenting author Maggie Dent invites us to choose a “stress colour” and imagine where that lives and use the breath and visualisation to shift all that stress colour (along with our actual stress and tension) out of the body.

Secondly, Maggie suggests a calming colour that “feels good” and invites us to breath that in. In this video Maggie references the 4-2-4 breathing technique (you’ll find that in Soother #1) and the K27 tapping point (that’s in Soother #2).

Maggie mentions her audio track “Calming the Angry Ant” in this video. To check that out, visit https://www.maggiedent.com/shop/audio/calming-angry-ant-audio-download/
