Here is some useful information for attending our one-day conference:

Essential Info
– Your tickets are valid only for the venue you chose at the time of purchase.
– Venue doors will open at 8am. The event will kick off at 8.45am sharp and conclude at 4.45pm.
We ask all attendees to please be seated by 8.45am.
– The conference is general allocation seating so you may sit wherever you like.
– We encourage you to bring your own sealed water bottle. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
Registrations
On the morning of the event, please go to the registration tables and follow staff direction to locate your lanyard. Please ensure you have your ticket printed or open on your smartphone for our door staff to scan. Your lanyards are your tickets for entry into the auditorium, and we ask that you please wear them for the duration of the conference.

There is a multilevel car park connected to the hotel.
Pan Pacific are offering our guests 40% off their usual self-parking rates, which are:

Valet parking: $65.00 per car

Self-parking: 1 hour – $10, 2 hours – $20, 3 hours – $30, 4-24 hours – $40(so less 40% on self-parking for our conference guests.)
Please note the rates states are per car, per day. Entry access is via Hill Street. Car parking spaces are subject to availability at time of entry and therefore non-guaranteed. Prices are subject to change.
The venue is also easily accessible via public transport.

Can’t find your tickets?
If you are unable to locate your ticket/s (they would have been sent from Ticketbooth to the email address you gave when you booked – so please check your spam folder, or if using Gmail, your promotions and update folders too), then follow this link to get your tickets reissued through our ticketing provider Ticketbooth.
Babies and toddlers
Please note that babes in arms are welcome but the event is not suitable for toddlers and older children. Some venues have quiet rooms.
Conference manual
We will email you a downloadable copy of the conference manual a few days ahead of the event. There will also be hard copies of this available at the event.
Your bonus downloads
Each ticket holder will receive a bundle of downloadable resources from Maggie Dent worth $43. The link to download these will be sent to you immediately after the conference via email.
Certificates of attendance
You will find instructions on how to obtain a printable/electronic certificate of attendance at the back of the conference manual, which you’ll receive at the event (and we’ll email these instructions too so you can instantly access your certificate).
