Events Refund Policy

Refunds
All requests for refunds from ticket holders must be submitted via email to teammaggie@maggiedent.com (quoting the name and email address the booking was made in).

Please note for a full refund, requests must be made 5 working days prior to an event, and 14 days prior to one-day conferences and other catered events.

Refunds requested with less notice may be offered a credit for online resources at the discretion of Team Maggie.

Transfer of tickets
Tickets can be transferred if you are unable to attend but please contact teammaggie@maggiedent.com to update the contact details on the ticket so we can send event information to the correct ticketholder.

**Please do not attempt to sell tickets via our Facebook page as scammers often target event pages and we can’t bear to see members of our community ripped off.**
