This sound bath has been created according to new research that shows that some sounds when combined randomly can relax brain waves faster than simply calming music. The audio – created by Ute Coleman from Sound Relaxation Margaret River – can be used anytime of the day or night – and the more you use it the better it will work. It is most effective if used in a quiet location while you are seated or lying down.
