Even though we live in a time where we recognise nothing in gender is fixed\, it remains a fact that the influence of parents on their sons is massive. \nIn this live event\, one of Australia’s favourite parenting authors and podcast hosts Maggie Dent explores the power of parenting our precious boys in a warm\, firm\, fair and fun way from birth to adulthood. A mother of four sons herself\, Maggie draws on research and personal experience – and over four decades work as a teacher\, counsellor and now author and speaker – to help build understanding\, empathy and compassion for our boys. \nDespite the name of this seminar it’s useful for all parents (mums and dads)\, carers and educators of boys birth to age 18. \nIn her light-hearted way\, Maggie offers insights and practical tips for understanding our boys and ensuring they will grow up to become respectful\, responsible and loving good men. \nTickets: $40 \n\nTime: 10am – Noon (doors open at 9.15am) local time. \n\nPlease book online via trybooking here \nDownload printable event flyer: here \nPlease note this event is general admission (so you can sit wherever you like) and babes in arms are welcome at Maggie’s seminars.
